List forms

Needs: Forms, Read

Lists forms: name, tags, step and field counts, whether it is published (public or internal), whether it is used as the incident or prospect form, and the submission count. Most recently updated first.

Note: used_as is incident or prospect when the form is set up as one of those forms. Fields with no value are left out.
