Overview
Send Imploy events to your own endpoint when records change.
A webhook lets Imploy send a request to your own endpoint when something changes, for example a new client or a cancelled appointment. It works the other way around from the API: instead of your system calling Imploy, Imploy calls yours.
Webhooks are outbound only. You do not use an access token to receive them. Imploy sends each event to the destination URL you set.
You can have up to 5 webhooks. They are set up in the Integrations area of Settings, alongside your access tokens.
How it works
- You add a webhook with a destination URL and the events you want.
- When a matching change happens in Imploy, Imploy sends an HTTP
POSTwith a JSON body to your URL. - Your endpoint verifies the signature, handles the event, and returns a
2xxresponse.
