List tasks

Needs: Tasks, Read

Lists tasks in a date range, as the Tasks page does. Use the task endpoint for notes, charges, documents and recurrence.

Note: Fields with no value are left out. A repeating task has recurring: true, and an incomplete task from before the period has outstanding: true.
