ReferenceManaging connections

Managing connections

Turn AI assistant connections on or off, see activity, and revoke access.

The organisation owner manages AI assistant access in Integrations > AI assistants.

Allow sign-in connections

Turn the organisation switch on to allow sign-in connections. Turn it off to stop new sign-ins and cut off existing sign-in connections straight away.

Access token connections are not affected by this switch. They are controlled by the token's own AI assistant access setting.

Connected apps

Each sign-in connection shows the app (for example Claude), the user who approved it, what it can access, when it connected, when it was last used, and when it expires.

You can revoke one connection, or all of them. A revoked app is cut off on its next call. A connection that is not used expires after 30 days.

Activity

The activity feed lists MCP tool calls. You can filter by:

  • Type: reads, writes, or connection events.
  • The user, the connection, or the access token.
  • A date range, or failed calls only.

Each entry shows what was called, who made the call, and whether it came through a sign-in connection or an access token.

Expiry

Sign-in connections use short-lived access tokens (1 hour) that the assistant refreshes while it is in use. Revoking a connection ends it straight away, and using it again needs a fresh sign-in.
